Nurgle needs 4 chaos warriors and 1 “big guy”. It’s an expensive box set (but cheaper than buying a GW Nurgle Blood Bowl team: per Johnny Cheap trying to justify the purchase) but, honestly, the box made me buy it. I saw the box and couldn’t resist making the team. Lola: “I like their little swords and helmets”.Ĭharlie: And then I said “Why don’t you play an Amazon team in blood bowl”… it would be a great episode.Īnyway…I converted this team using the Nurgle Blight Kings. Lola: “Charlie, are you playing with your little men again?” And Charlie and Marv are totally going to grow up to be a nerd gamers! With GW games, Blood Bowl is (to quote Lola, from Charlie and Lola) my favorite and my best. I’m working on the titan but it’s not moving along quickly visually, so here is a post about a converted Nurgle Blood Bowl team. Left a slight orange to the flesh, cos orange squigs are the most violent!įlesh Golomns were made from the black orc box set, one of the oversized heads came from a banner pole. Added warhammer fantasy vampire werewolf legs and the green stuffed tattered shreds of skin. I bent the ribs of the chariot floor in a lot to make a rib cage and pinned it in place. The rib cage are old skeleton yellow plastic chariot floors. Ghouls rob graves so one has a tombstone on the base and the other is eating a human catcher arm…mmmm yummy! Gronola munching Orcs, bodies from old yellow plastic skeleton models fattened up in places with green stuff. A zombiefied orc-ish face was then created on each zombie.įists are clentched because they know how to block, respect the skulls! Heads are from the black orc box set. After cutting off the lineorc face, I put a ball of green stuff there and pushed the mold into it. Helping them be uniform I made a green stuff mold of the zombie orc face I wanted. The lineorc model is very static, by adding ghoul hands and repositing arms they became more dynamic. Nearly giving up the Necromancer stumbled across a freak cult of Orcs that “Ate Elffy” ( Gronola munching Orcs!) and as a result were much skinnier than normal Orcs.īelow is the Orc Necromantic team: The Orc’n Dead…why shood ‘umans ave all da fun? Zombie lineorcs The only real problem was the ghoul position. Bits of black Orcs built the Flesh Golomns. Instead of werewolves he raised undead squigs. Their complaints had gone unanswered until a messed up Necromancer, who never had any luck with human society, decided to raise the Orcs from the dead. They are in the blood bowl starter set for goodness sake!įor a long time they have been green with jealousy over human players being killed on the blood bowl pitch, or by extreme flatulance, to then only be raised from the dead and play for an Undead or Necromatic blood bowl team. This pic shows the height difference between the Ogres and snotlings. The netting was from a fabric draw (like a bits box but the draw has squishy stuff in it). The lacrosse sticks are made from nobblar weapons with added hoops. The snotling on the left is my favorite one because of the whispy trailing lacrosse net and pose. Poor snotlings don’t really have a clue, but where else can you go and have 10s of thousands of people cheer you on? None of them fancy to go on the Opra Winfrey show because their family lives are a bit embarrassing. Thematic only, but the beardy can calm down, most of the lacrosse sticks have holes in the nets. I gave a number of snotlings lacrosse sticks because the little guys need some help catching and throwing. The one on the left could be strength 2 due to 2 bodies? He believes he can catch it, because he sees sissy elves do this move all the time! His hand is probably as big as a dustbin lid but that is about his agility skill as well. The Ogre on the right is open and calling for a pass. The Ogre on the left has the ball and is running! We see him stiff-arming an opponent (probably in the face). This is thematic only, but is a reminder that Ogres also have the throw team-mate skill. The Ogre on the right has just picked up a snotling to throw it. The Ogre on the left is either getting down and boogying or is about to punch an opponent in the face. Everyone knows a finger to the mouth stimulates the brain. The Ogre on the right is a little confused and is exhibiting another universal Ogre skill which is bonehead. The one on the left is exhibiting the Ogres Mighty Blow skill and loving it. I used a warhammer box set of ogres and some Nobblars.
